It is one of the BEST 5 Steak Houses in Seoul, along with JW Marriott Margaux Grill, Wolfgang, Stubborn and Goo Stk, The journey of flavors at Chef’s recommendation starts with: Triploid Oyster (삼배체굴) – very different style with apple and shine muscat. Salad Macaroni & Cheese (맥앤치즈) White Napa Cabbage Kimchi (백김치) Tomahawk with Ripeye Cap (새우살), Rib eye roll (알등심) and short rib (갈비살) T-Bone steak with Tenderloin (안심) and Striploin (채끝등심) Beef rib (비프립) smoked for more than eight hours with oak smoke is the signature one. BunRib with Beef rib is another delicacy. Hanwoo Ramen (한우라면) and Hanwoo Kimchi fried rice (한우김치볶음밥): Very delectable! These dishes are even helpful against the greasiness after a meal. Dessert: Especially, its Tiramisu is the signature one with lettering service. Customeat is really one of the best steakhouses according to its reputation! Compared to Wet Aging which is recommended for Tenderloin, Dry Aging refers to the prolonged aging of meat at just the right humidity and temperature. If the meat is aged for more than a few weeks, it will lose a significant amount of water and the condensed taste of the meat can be felt. It reverses Searing (turning the beef upside down) to enhance the flavor. So, the best quality of Tomahawk and T-bone Steak can be enjoyed in this restaurant. Lettering service and dinner welcome food are provided, free of charge. Corkage and Valet parking service are available. There is a room for private dining and the hall tables are spacious. The restaurant is highly recommended for all couples, friends, business and also for family.

좋은 퀄리티에 스테이크를 비교적 합리적인 가격에 즐길 수 있다. 애피타이저, 사이드, 식사 메뉴 모두 어느정도 퀄리티있는 음식을 낸다. 와인리스트도 훌륭하고 가격도 괜찮은 편. 이전 방문에 비해 서빙이 조금 거친 것은 아쉽다.

디너정식.6시반에 와인과 함께 주문.와인 다 먹고 1시간경과쯤 에피타이저나오고 두번째 와인 반쯤 먹은 2시간 경과때 샐러드나오고 음식 독촉하고서야 스테이크 나왔으나 이미 와인에 취해 고기맛을 모르겠음.시간없어 이후 라임국수,아이스크림은 못먹고 나옴. 주차는 2시간 경과후 주차료 발생.50분경과에 6천원.
